It's a regular t-shirt, but somehow you weave ribbon in and out around the neckline. Do you have ANY ideas on how to do this, or a website that can tell me, or a picture so I can figure it out, or anything at all???? Thank you so much!!!

Cut small slits evenly around the neck line a little larger then your ribbon. Take a safety pin and poke it through the end of your ribbon and close it. Weave the ribbon in and out of the slits, using the safety pin to pull it through.

There are couple of sewing websites that at this moment I cant remember. Your local sewing center will have even wal-mart has a sewing dept.
