Yes and no, it's robbery because you have stole, but it's not bank robbery because you have not store money.
It's robbery, but it's not bank robbery. It's more of pen robbery.

yes...if you steal anything from the bank..it is bank robbery. Though..I think there has to be a certain value to the item for them to press charges.
