I'm pretty sure someone has to fetch her food for her. She won't strain herself only when shes swallowing.

Absolutely not.
What's for dinner is the most trivial thing that anyone has to worry about. Now, will I be able to afford/find dinner tonight, that's a different question.
Anyone who would injure themselves due to dinner suggestions is a liar.
It has nothing to do with food. It has to do with her being neurotic and wanting attention. In fact you've done her a disservice by giving her the attention caused by this thread and all the half hearted of course I care comments that are bound to appear. Worst case scenario, she reads this becomes distraught, and kills herself. One less crazy ***** for me to worry about. Hmm, maybe that's best case scenario. You decide. See a shrink.
