It's certainly not necessary. You should only do it if it would make you feel better. I wouldn't use a razor, though; you could cut yourself or get ingrown hairs. It's also VERY uncomfortable growing back in.

If you decide to (and I wouldn't), I'd get one of those "personal trimmers." You can't cut yourself with one, and you're less likely to get ingrown hairs.

keep it at least trimmed. Personally I prefer a shaved snatch (maybe most do) but you never know. If you have a bf you can discuss that topic with him. If you do you should get a cream or something to keep the area from getting dry, after a few days though the body will adapt to beeing shaved again.

No, pubic hair is not a problem at all, at least on the technical level.

But if all the women you know shave it, you might want to do it too so you do not "stick out". Get a female razor and some shaving foam (or at least use soap). And razor only goes back and forth -- you will cut yourself badly if you move it sideways.

Make sure your partner knows it's your first time, so he goes easy on you.

It also helps to put a pillow under your butt to get a more comfortable angle.

Pubic hair is there for a reason. It's there to protect the more delicate interior parts of the vulva and the vagina. It helps keeps things that don't belong out, and it also helps let partners know you're sexually aroused and fertile by the changing scent. Leave it alone. If you prefer, trim it neatly, but don't make this choice for your partner, do what feels comfortable and right for you.

Purely aesthetics; some guys like the landscape trimmed, so do not. I hear that it feels better for the woman if both are shaved, better contact.

Beyond that, it has no affect on first time, to my knowledge.

No. Your pubic hair is there for a reason, namely, hygeine. If you're really worried about it, do a bit of trimming, but in RL men care more about getting some than whether or not you're bald Down There.

No you don't not need to do that, lot of people women and men are able to have sex with pubic hair intact. This is not a factor in being sexually active.

That is completely a matter of personal preference. But remember that stubble isn't fun to deal with. That means it's a rather high maintenance choice. Most girls I know do it for the kink, I wouldn't do it yet if I were you.

You should shave your pubic hair. Save it all, and make a tea. Standing on one leg looking out a window facing south drink this tea as hot as you can stand it. This will make you irresistable to transsexual goatherds.

This is a decision left totally up to you. Men have various preferences, but really, it's about what feels good to you.
