Satan he is the father of lies so I believe that makes him the biggest liar there is. If you mean someone that you can physicaly see and touch well that would be the media.

Anyone who lies is the biggest liar in the world. Liars are cowards. I don't really think that there is any way to narrow this one down. I am sure that I could put a few names up here... but it would not be accurate as there are so many liars to this day.

Muhammad was the biggest liar ever. He convinced a lot of gullible people that the arab pagan moon god allah is the God of the Jews and the Bible, and muhammad's evil lies have caused millions of murders by people who are stupid enough to think the real God wants them to be terrorists when the whole islam thing was just muhammad's way of getting his criminal accomplices to protect him instead of killing him for all the evil things he did.
The whole koran is full of muhammad's lies, including 33:50 that says allah told muhammad he could have sex with all the slave girls and even many of the women in muhammad's own family.
just like Clinton, muhammad lied to excuse his adultery, but at least Clinton never said God told him he could get it on with slaves.
Only Satan himself could tell more evil lies than muhammad.

Hard to say as I don't know everyone in the world but from where I stand he is way above any others, he is George W. Bush. Dick Cheney is a close second followed closely by Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, and Rice. Maybe even some of the conservative hate radio people like Limbaugh, Hannity, or O' Reilly.
