Any original ideas, Wedding rings seems too traditional. I don't get why its always rings..I would like to exchange something more unique. Any thoughts or ideas?

I do agree. I hate jewelry..but I'm stuck wearing this thing. My husband can't even wear his because he does construction.
Let's see.......how about you exchange letter-
you each write eachother a letter about how you felt when you first seen the person...etc. and a promise that you will love and be faithful...etc with a signature....like a contract kind of thing. Print the letters out on a cutsy type paper and laminate and frame it after the wedding. Also, for the ceremony so you are not passing a frame back and forth you may cut out a heart and cut it in half. At the ceremony each has a half and you put it together to show you coming together and that life is not complete without the other...blah blah Good luck?

I saw a guy who had a tattoo of his wedding ring on his finger, that way it was never off and his wife always had the assurance that it was there.
Or you could just exchange collars.

Well you could always exchange a heart shaped necklace with an engraving on the back,Or you could each write & create a small book that has things like lists of things you love about one another,pictures of the 2 of you together,lists of hopes & dreams for your furture together. Good luck.
