If you are very experienced in flipping i would assume you have done a lot.
Where did you get the money for the other homes? where are those lenders? Finding someone to lend you money on yahoo answers probably will not happen. Look in your local paper, or on the Internet (www.craigslist.com).
I am sure you will find something there.
Also, what amount are you looking for? big money in Indiana may not be big money for someone in la or NY.
You may want to be more specific.

See if there is a local association the deals in real estate investing. There is always a hard money lender there. Ours in this area is ACRE there is also REIA which is national. Ron LeGrand is a national investor that has people that deal in hard lending. Talk to your local Mortgage Brokers they always know a few hard lenders.
