I think it was the right decision ONLY because reguardless of how many bad decisions she made she honestly loved her son and should be with her son

I was devastated by the news. I do not know if it was because we are both close to same age and it got me to thinking about my own death or what. Anyway, all I could think about was that baby girl; I want to cry every time I see her. I realize Anna had her funny ways of doing things, but you have to admit she did and still does keep us entertained. Sometimes I wish I had the guts and self-confidence to take the world by storm. Anna Nicole set out looking for fame and stardom, even though she died mysteriously at a young, she basic accomplished what she wanted, "everyone's attention". With the exception of leaving her daughter behind, is her death really such a bad thing. How many people accomplish their goals before they die? Anna loved to be in the spotlight, and now after she has died she is still in the spotlight. It really does not surprise me that she left behind so many unanswered questions. There will always be that lingering question in everyone’s mind exactly who was Anna Nicole Smith or should we say Vickie Lynn Hogan?

First off, I don't know her personally and I never actually cared for her. What did she do: pose nude in a magazine, marry a billionaire and take all his money, cause controversies. Am I suppose to feel sorry for her because she didn't enjoy life to the fullest? There are people who work their asses off in this world and will never make that much money in their lifetime because we concentrate more on people who do the most ridiculous things with their time rather than praise those who help society and make a big difference in this world.

Another point I would like to add is all this drama that has been played out for many weeks since her death and the father of her baby. They are making this a big deal and all this can be solved with a simply paternity test. Take her to the Maury show for crying out loud and you could have the results back in 24 hours rather than making it a dilemma which will have many people restless until this situation is over. She didn't do anything productive, so all I have to say is: "you get what you asked for and may others learn a lesson for her mistakes."

I didn't ever really like her, I don't respect drug users and women who are trampy. BUT, when her son died I felt really really sorry for her. When she died I felt sorry for all her loved ones that she left behind. I think that Howard Stern sincerely loved her and I feel really sorry for him. But, I'm sure that baby isn't his! I also feel sorry for Larry Burkhead who has missed out on his baby's life so far. I am a little sympathetic to Anna's mother but not too much. I know Anna hated her and I really disrespect the mother for wanting to burry Anna away from her son.

Burrying her in the Bahamas next to her son was the right thing to do. If she had been burried anywhere other than next to her son I think it would have been sooooo horrible.

I was shocked about her death, even though she was nutty there seemed to be something fun-loving about her. I am glad that the judge ruled for her to be with her son, its only right, it seems as though that was the closeist family member she had, being as though she was estranged from her other relatives. I think its sad that it took so long for them to come to a decision though, she died on the 8th, this is 2 weeks after the fact, I am sure her body is pretty badly decomposed, I wonder if they can even have a open casket, if not then its a shame that her loved ones won't even be able to see her pretty face, one last time.

I think it was right to bury her by her son. The people that were around her used her and exploited her. If someone treated a dog that way they would have been arrested. But people watched this going on and nothing was done. How could they keep giving her drugs in the condition she was in. I hope someone will be held responceable . And the networks fed into this shame. What a mess.

To me its still unbelievable that celebrities you hear of almost a while ago is dead in like a day or something..i still cant believe it but she wasnt my idol or anything i liked her and i still and i dont care what people say cuz same thing applies to Paris Hilton..it would be sad if she died but i guess nobody would care...I heard her mom said she wanted to be buried by her idol Marilyn Monroe and i think they should have done that or better off near her son in the Bahamas...if only the dead could talk for themselves..its so sad i hope nothing like that happenes to me =]

Truthfully? I think our fascination with this woman is a prime example of the reason every other country in the world makes fun of us as "stupid Americans."

I mean, we have soldiers dying overseas in a war they shouldn't be in. We have people starving and dying on the streets, and yet, our top news story every day is about the paternity battle of a woman who is famous for posing nude, marrying a rich old man and creating a reality TV show about her train wreck of a life.

I watched her show and she seemed like a sweet person. She really didn't do anything worth remembering and I think that burying her with her son was the right thing to do.

Its glad that she is going to be buried with her son. He was a best friend to her.

I'm not going miss her though, was never a big fan of her. To me, she was just another playboy model.
