1-Totally true and applies to all women, especially the ones who have a man beside her.
2-Depends on the woman character.
3-Depeneds on the man character.
4-Depeneds on both at the same time.
5-It is not true at all.
Please give me small explanation why you choose your answer.
The statement is as follows:
Women give sex for attention, men give attention for sex.

It is not true at all. I would never give sex just for attention. Sex is something some women do crave, believe it or not. Some of us do like it. And, there are many men out there that don't just pay attention to you because they want sex. gimme a break.

Yep....
Women use sex to get what they want....it might be money, love, affection, attention....you name it.....they want it, and sex is a means to an end.....
Men use (....money, love, affection, etc. ) to get sex.....
It's the Yin and Yang...the give and take.....
And if its not true, ask men how many times women cut off sex when they're not getting their way???
And how many women need "romance" to get in the mood??
