Murder is a legal term, so it depends on the law of your jurisdiction. If it is birth control to stop the sperm from fertilyzing the egg then nothing dies because no zygot is created. If there is an impregnated egg then it is a matter of ethics and law.
Menstruation has nothing to do with it, that is just the cleansing of the womb by the dissolution of the womb wall and it's dicharge from the body. Even if there is a fertilized egg discharged, that is natural, and is called a miscarraige. No murder.

Personally I have a problem with a mature woman using multiple abortions for birth control, but I do not set myself up as the Judge of others.

Menstruation is God's way of telling women to slow down. So it's not murder. As for birth control it can be used to regualte a woman's period. As for it being murder it isn't. It's just keeping a woman from getting pregnant.

If a zygote is human life, then it IS murder.
If an embryo (but not a zygote) is human life, then it is not.
