Both are awesome movies...some film adaptations screw the whole thing, and some sequels suck so much and let the first movie down, but Sam Raimi and the guys behind Spiderman did an awesome job with these 2.
I'd have to say that I like the second one better though, cuz it was classier than the first - dialogue and the plot (they had a lot more freedom with the second movie's plot) just seemed a lot more refined.
Bring on Spiderman 3 (check the trailer...it's really good) in May!

I would say Spiderman 2 is far better than 1.
