No he cant tell by pressing your tummy, not unless there is a baby in there!

When the doctor presses on your tummy, they're checking if you have lumps or other abnormalities, because if you did, they could do some tests and see if you have an illness that needs to be treated.
They can't tell if you've had sex this way. However, a gynaecologist will check your vagina during a pelvic exam (to check for signs of cancer and things) and they might be able tell if your hymen has been broken, but this could be from other things than sex (like masturbation or tampons).
So basically the answer is no. =)

No, when u got for a physic all the doctor finds out by pressing on ur stomach is if ur organs are not inflamated or there is nothing wrong going on. A doctor cannot even know u've had sex by just looking at ur vagina or hymen.!!

No, examination of abdomen is a part of full examination of the patient, may discover enlarged liver or spleen or any mass or lump. It has absoulty nothing to diagnose yr querry. There are other ways to find out, but you havnt ask for them?

no. that's to feel for lumps or tenderness or other signs of problems. a doc can really only tell if you've had sex recently if they look inside you. if the sex wasn't really recent, nothing will look any different.
