How do I find a "nipple" thing for my laptop battery extension?

I bought a HP Pavilion zd800 back in 2005. I also bought a 10hr battery extention thing, but the back of the computer "in-let" is not compatable with the extender. So i need fitting to go over the end of it to adapt it to my lapto, or my batttery extension will go to waste. When i bought the laptop, the salesman said it was the new kind of inlet because HP had changed and most all others will be this way as well, but i have yet to see any adapters.

Go to your local computer or electronics store and see if they have an adapter.
