Do I need international dish to see the world cup in Direct TV?

I have currently Direct TV with regular dish for the regular channels. I have not subscribed to any international channels and I don't have international dish installed. When I called Direct TV they are unsure till now and one say I need to have it installed and other say I don't. I don't want to install since I required to sign a new agreeement. Any one know can I watch the cricket world cup with the regular dish if I subscribe?

For watching the live telecast in India, you do not require International Dish. Sony SET MAX will telecast all the world cup matches in India. Doordarshan will also telecast all matches involving India as well as semi finals and final.
