'roid rage. It'll happen every time. Not to mention the tissue around his heart will turn into the consistency of tissue paper. Accuse him of cheating (even if he is) while on steroids and you should be surprised if he goes off into a rage.
My advice? Keep his life insurance up. With the way he's going you'll be a widow in no time, especially if he refuses to see the light and stop taking those steroids.

I think that is a side effect short temperture. If it is true steroids reduce the size of your manhood, I don't know if anyone would want to then, even if he has a nice body

i would say it is because he is taking the steroids...let time pass...for right now just try to ignore him and if this problem continues ...you need to talk to him...i have a friend who the steroids made him loose his family he chose steroids better than his family and i wouldnt like for that to happen to you so talk to him before its too late....but yeah only if it takes the thing to the further

Sweetie I have been down this road and he has to stop taking them immediately. Steroids are really really really really bad. It is you or the drugs. Do not put up with it!

Tell him you like that he wants to take care of his body and offer to go to the gym with him some morning. If he's not cheating, he'll welcome your interest. If he doesn't want you there, you might have a reason to worry...
