related to birth!..hemorroids :-)..I got them when pushing that hard...I did'n have them before. For now they don't bother me..I don't feel them..I mean no pain yet, no itching...they just stick out when I have a bowel movement. I'm afraid they will get worse with time..
What should I do?..
Do they go away by themselves?..Or I should take more care of myself?...Anybody had a (un) successful story related to birth hemorroids?

Yes I had them horrible after birth....Use some hemorroid cream..it helps shrink them..also using a sitz bath may help...they should shrink on their own but if not you may have to consult a Dr...they can rubber band them (i know sounds weird) and they fall off after a while....my friend had it done and it worked great......youre so lucky you have no pain with them...hurt me like hell! Good Luck!

PS Mine went away on their own~

I would mention to your OB when you go for your next visit. I had a baby girl in November and had a similar issue. I was real sore and such for almost 6 weeks. I wouldn't be concerned unless the pain is severe. If you are nursing, call your OB about any anti inflammatory you could take or if you are bottle feeding, try Tylenol or Advil.

Hemorrhoids happen in many normal pregnancies and deliveries. If you want some more help, even if you are not nursing, try La Leche League mother-to-mother forum....here is the link, you can sign up and post a new thread. they are a great source

They are better and worse as time goes on. My husband has had them for many years.

Epsom salts tub soaks are very beneficial if they are being particularly troublesome. He does not use meds or doesn't want to have surgery.

Do not sit for prolonged periods on the toilet. Drink a small glass of prune juice at night or in the am . This will avoid contributing to a long time on the "Twalett".

It didn't happen to me but it is common in child birth. Try not to worry, trust me if you worry, they will not go away.

I got them the same way. Make sure you take something to loosen/soften your stools for as long as you can stand it... and whaever you do, don't strain at all when you have a BM.

Mine never got really bad, no itching, but I took the stool softener for a solid month after my daughter was born.

If you can keep from straining over BM's, they will eventually get much better, and kind of just scar over...

Just soak in warm water, and use baby wipes after a bowel movement. If they stick out then use tucks pads to alleviate pain, and yes they will eventually heal and go away.

Congrats

Make sure you drink eight glasses of fluid (not alcohol) per day, have more fiber intake (fiber pill or take metamucil or citrucel), don't strain when you have a BM, take over the counter stool softeners (with a doctors guidance), Preparation H works well too.

Congrats to you and your baby. However, use an OTC cream for the hemorroids, but I think once you get them you will be more prone to them, so you should talk to your doctor at your checkup.

My wife got a dose of the Nobby Stiles as well. She got some lotion from the chmist, and they went away with no problem.

Congratulations on the baby.

Use preparation H and keep the area very clean. Also(sounds yucky) push them back in after going to the bathroom. They will go away in time. It is very common after vaginal delivery. Enjoy your new daughter!!!!
