I took out a Mitsumi Model 359M3D drive from a computer and want to use it with my Toshiba Satellite externally. What do I need and how or is it not possible

It's possible, but not worth it. It'd be cheaper to just get a new USB floppy. A lot of new ones even come with media-card reader combos around $20-$30. Save your floppy drive for when you need it in a desktop, but if you try using enclosures, they're expensive, bukly and ugly :P
