one of the greatest, for sure.
however, to say he will be THE greatest, might be overstating it. let's see what the next few years hold. the fact that he has now won a super bowl will help his legacy.
but there are many ways to determine the greatest. statistics are important, but that is not all there is.

No he will not be.. Tom Brady will be a better Qb than he ever was.. manning always had the same recievers year in and year out.. harrrison and wayne.. brady has new wr's every year and he always takes them deep into the playoffs.. that is what makes him better.. and to the idiot Austin over there.. manning had the better team but always chocked... you say that tom brady cant be in the same paragraph as manning...he has 3 rings... what do you want?? him to have 10???

Probably. He has a ring (I predict he'll finish his career with a couple more) he's on track to break nearly all of the passing records, so I dont see how you couldnt consider him the greatest QB of all time in about 8 years.

All time greatest No and that is only out of repect for the people that played the game way back before Manning was even thought about. He will go down as the best of his generation and one of the best all time. He will deservingly be in the top 3.

Yes.
Yes, yes, YES.
By the time that Manning retires, he will own every record there is for a quarterback to own (with the exception of rushing yards!). He is the most efficient quarterback of all time, most accurate and playing in a league that has more overall athletes than the Steve Young and Joe Montana era. The Defenses are faster, the schemes are more complicated and the play clock is getting faster and faster.
When it comes down to it, love him or hate him, Peyton Manning will be known as the best QB in the NFL of all time (in 15 years). Right now if you ask people who the greatest of all time is, you think automatically of historic names like Montana, Young, Moon, Aikman... but when it is all said and done, this man will shatter every record out there.

Simple question...Yes he wil be the greatest. At only 30, he has many of the single season records for quarterbacks. He has around 6-7 years left and is less than 200 touchdowns from the most in his career. he's is averaging around 32 touchdowns a year and will definitely become the best ever. he is also on a very talented team that will make him even better

Favre was better He did not have the talent manning has and he is about to break Marinos records. i can't see peyton breaking Favres records i think he will retire before he gets the oppertunity. i truly feel Favre is the best ever.( at least top three i would give manning top 5.

To the idiot that posted that Tom Brady was an all time great,
What have you been smoking you idiot. Tom Brady is not great. He has had good teams. Peyton Manning may already be the greatest of all time and Brady doesnt even belong in the same paragraph as him.
