Haley is the one that is pregnant with a little boy. Brooke was but I think she had an abortion.

What on Earth do you mean? I guess its a T.V program. In a tree there's a hill and a brooke. What are you pointing to when you tell Hailey, that's pregnant. Or is Hailey pregnant in another tree.

It's Haley. It was discovered the fourth episode of this season when she told Lucas. She didn't actually tell Nathan till the 5th episode. Episode 9, she finds out from the doctor that her and Nathan are expecting a boy.
