I'm pretty sure they're in the yellow pages, or call your local H.D. dealer .I'm sure they would know.

Call any bike shop in the area and they should be able to point you in the right direction. make sure it is a motorcycle safety foundation course!

In my area, Charlotte, NC, they provided it through the local community college. That would be my first place to look at they always seem to provide the most random things on the planet. Good luck!
