well i'm only 13, and i do workout sometimes. well i will more once i join track.

and i already have a healthy diet.
never drink soda.
only milk and water.
and my mom doesn't buy unhealthy foods
and i only eat 3 meals a day with one or two small snacks.

I am 5'7" and 158lbs. I know that my range is from 135 to 160, but anything above 160 for me is overweight.

So since you're 5'6" I think you are just barely overweight, but still relatively very normal. We probably even look the same. And it always depends if it's muscle or fat.

160 for 5'7" is just a healthy "weight" either it's all fat or all muscle, for my height to handle. For females anyway.

Afraid so. But.. do not diet (or stave yourself), change your diet, lower fat, more fiber, lots of water & get more exercise.
The standard requirement is to get your heart rate up(& keep it up) ideally to ~110 for ~30min 3 X a week.
You will then have far more energy as a free bonus!

well when u look in the mirror do u see extra fat?if so yes u r overwieght.but u may just way that much bcuz of muscle(muscle wieghs more than fat)so look in the mirror & see if ur weight is more like fat or muscle...

i am 5'6 and 135......i think....yeah kinda but being 13 you might just be going through your "growing up" stage....maybe just a little to fast though.
