Every U.S. citizen (including children) needs a U.S. passport to get back into the country BY PLANE only, until January, 2008. If you drive, you're fine with just a birth certificate.

Yes she will need a passport, and you will need it as well. It became a new law that anyone traveling abroad will need a passport.
I just came back from Mexico in January and i did need a passport, but i left for mexico in December.

Yes everyone from now on will need a passport traveling outside the U. S. It takes about 6 weeks to get it back so you need to go and get it soon if you plan on leaving soon.

If under 18 NO they have changed the new law to where children do not have to have a passport when traveling with parents.

Yes everyone needs a passport and dont waste time with this it takes time to get one or it cost a few bucks to have it expidited

If you fly or go by boat you need a passport ,if you drive you do not .

yes. I went to germany when I was only a few months old and I had to have a pass port. now I'm 21
