My grass is green but not growing here because its dormant.. Will Roundup work on it now?

Yes. Not as quickly, but it will work on whatever is green.

I think it should work if the grass is green. Roundup absorbs through the leaves, so as long as they are not dead it has a good chance of working. There are several strengths of Roundup, be sure and use the appropriate one.

Roundup works with the sun.....if the sun is out and the plant is active, it will work. If you use roundup when it's not sunny, it won't work worth a darn.

It depends on what part of the country you live. Roundup will only work well if the temperature is high enough. Too cool and you've wasted your money.

Nope, mimimally at best if you are lucky. The grass needs to be actively growing. The best time of the year to kill a plant is in the fall when they are preparing for winter and drawing nutrients to the roots. But as long as the plant is in active growth....it should take care of it.

Roundup kills everything. Don't use it, it surely causes cancer and will end up in out drinking water..

No it will not.

Roundup only works when plants are actively growing. Spring is the best time. Use before plants go to seed.

The label should outline this pretty clearly.
