I don't understand why they didn't do the test months ago, when Birkhead first filed his motion. and now, they keep dragging their feet! What the heck is wrong with them?

all part of the legal process everything takes time sadly. the test wasnt done months ago because anna refused to do the test

At first she wouldn't let them, and now is disolved into legal battles about everything. Its seems that the baby's paternity should come before all this. A judge needs to rule on that, and get all the ones claiming to be the father into his courtroom with their lawyers and issue an order for blood test right then and there and make them do it, no more delays. The baby should be put in the care of someone other then Howard Stern while this going on.

I'm not sure but the real question is why is it when illegals give birth in the USA the children are considered Americans, but Annas baby born in the Bahamas is not considered to be a citizen of the Bahamas.

Birkhead filed in CA, the baby was born in the Bahamas and has never left. Typically, a state, or country for that matter, has no authority over a child or person that has never set foot on its soil. Jurisdiction is in the Bahamas, he will have to file there and I think he has now or is about to.

because by law the father is Stern wetever people like or not he is the legally father she want him to be the father so be it...She knew that Birkhead just want to so bad to be the father ofcourse he is just a nobody and lke that he can some fame and ofcourse if he is lucky the paternity will say that he is a biological father but the truht si WE ALL KNOW WHAT HE WANTS MONEY ANY WAY HE CAN GET IT ....And a father doesn't have to be a biological one so no biggie He only wants the money...Like her mom Virgie arthur too all is about the money...

Because she isn't a US citizen, she is a Bahama citizen. The laws are much different over there.

In order to do a praternity test they need Anna Nicole's DNA, they don't have it, and they can't get it, Anna Nicole was already embalmed.
