If the lugs are off meaning the holes arent lining up spacers wont work.Neither will the wheels unless your willing to change all 4 rotors which still probally wont work since camaros are only compatable with chevy parts all rotors will have the same bolt pattern..And if you try to modify the wheels to fit by drilling them it will make the wheels weak and they will crack and fall off..So id say you need a new set of wheels that is made for camaro bolt pattern..Aftermarket rotors will work to but they to have the same bolt pattern you have now!So sale the wheels and get a new set that fits!!Although 18 inchers aint cheap.

Find out what the application the wheels were made for. Then buy a set of adapters at your local auto parts supplier. I think Chevrolet is 5 x 5.75 and Ford/Chrysler is 5 x 5.5 which would be the 1/8 inch difference on every hole.

You may be able to find adapters but its safer to find wheels to fit. The centers can crack out or the wheels can fall off. Camaro isnt exactly a low performance lightweight car.

Best bet is to get wheels that fit. In the end this is the best route to go with and less problems will arise.
