if u were in an unhappy marriage or relationship and cause of your spouse fix income causes u to qualify for all kinds of grants would u continue going to college even if it meant you arent happy with the relationhip?

It sounds like you want to leave. This may sound cold but you need to finish your degree before you leave. You need to be able to make it on your own.
Why not try to work it out with him? Counseling and such? Then you're not the devil's advocate.

You act as if college and happiness are mutually exclusive. I'd hate to break it to you, but higher education on the whole has made women very, very happy. I know that I would be much more fulfilled with a degree and no relationship than I would with a relationship and no degree.

Nothing is perfect in life...or you stay with your husband and get the education you want, or you get rid of him and be happy, but without education... I would go for the happiness, because if you are happy then you have the peace to take the right decisions. You can even find out that you can get scholarships for your own!

EDUCATION always come first if you do not have a education then your happiness will not last. I should not i told my now wife that i will not married her until i was out of school and she told me that she will wait from 95 to 98 she waited and we got married in may of 98 we have been happy ever sense. so go to school and find a good job then you and your BF will see happier days.

It sounds like you would be able to qualify for these grants on your own... End the relationship and become self sufficient.
