She is going to be buried with her son, but her mother is going to appeal it. My gosh by the time she get's buried there won't be anything left to bury. Her mom should just let it be.

Yeah.. after a pathetic spectacle.. he basically handed the keys to the ferrari to Howard Stern.. Anna is getting buried in Bahamas.. which makes future evidence impossible .. custody of the little girl.. goes to Howard Stern.. despite he was never even investigated.. and with that.. we'll be seeing another shoddy hollywood picture soon.. all about anna's life and now doubt it will glorify Howard Stern.. since clearly he needs all the help he can get to be believed..
The judged ruled that Howard Stern was loved by Anna and hated her mother.. because Howard produced a home video (that he filmed) where Anna says so.. this is despite the fact Anna was with other men the night and week before she died..
So yeah.. the outcome was a total travesty of any form of justice..
I didnt see the whole case.. but most people seem to agree the judge was not shooting straight.. and made a big mistake in his judgmenet.. one would think a grandmother would make a better guardian than a drug addict.. guess not..

She will be buried by her son in the bahamas...
But the person who gets custoday of Nicolelynn will get custody of her body, also.
