Because she had just had the baby right before he died, the birth certificate probably had yet to be filled out. So even if she had planned on another name, I doubt it was ever put on paper.

I thought that I read somewhere that according to Larry Birkhead, the child was to be names Sarah.

i think she had done this because she wanted her daughter to grow up and ask how she got her name then she will know about her brother (or it could be because she was involved with her son!!!!!!)
