Yes. If you break the secret of someone else that your friend knows then you not only lose the friend that told you the secret, but you also lose the " trust" from the person that told you the secret. So keep the secret......Unless it's something horrible, like someone is gonna commit a horrible crime, harm themselves etc. then contact someone you completely trust that will help.

Yes I can keep a secret that someone told me. I want people to trust me enough to come to me with their secret knowing that I will keep it.

I can keep a secret, but I usually tell my boyfriend everything. I find that I usually need to talk out the biggest secrets and I know that they are safe with him. It helps me deal and better help my friends with their problems.
