Yes, you can make yourself more beautiful and you can change your physical appearance. A whole body make-over with more beauty and maintain your diet. Make yourself happy and willing to accept all the difficulties in life and in love.
Moreover, your facial expression must be remodelled to make a glow in your facial skin. Your hair must be neat and clean to look at. and most especially your lips...for kissing. Don't put too much lipstick. The most vital of all is ....the way you treat and love him, in a way that he will love you more than ever before.
Look beautiful, think beautiful and he will love you ...from everlasting life.

Sara send me a pic of urs to see what u need done to u, besides all the great answers above, i am a very detailed person so even the small things counts so i need to know what ur missing or should do, ssoussa22@yahoo.com
note: lil pimples and any imperfections can be hidden with a concealer using a concealer brush, i works like magic before applying the foundation, even after applying the foundation u can stil add to hide it completely, and try using different make-up brands, different moisturizer for ur face to glow, any facial hair or upper lip area needs to be removed if present, =D i'm too much into it now, let me know if u need to know more.. ohhh and dont forget ur scent that day is the moooost important thing, u can either use a perfume, or a mist spray wich is fresher from bath and body works they have this spray (Pomegranate) its very famous now and u can keep adding until the last second before u meet and still wouldn't smell strongg like perfumes...

Ice your face. Sounds silly I know, but ice is a natural disinfectant.

1.)Take a bunch of ice cubes from your freezer
2.) Take an ice cube and wet it first to smooth it out
3.) Hold it with a wash cloth or a small towel so you don't get wet
4.) Rub it all over your face including under and over your eyes until it melts. Do this for about 15-20 minutes using as many ice cubes as needed.

Your skin will feel cleaner, healthier, fresh, and radiant!
Apply your moisturizer immediately after you pat dry.
Then apply your makeup.

Every bride I know has done this on their wedding day to look their best. You can also do this regularly to help with your pimples.

Hope this helps!

Read this article will definetly benefit u in a great way....How To Get Gorgeous Skin

* Don't go to bed with makeup on. Makeup left on overnight seeps into your pores, clogs them, and congests your skin. Make sure that you wash your face twice at the end of the day. Once to get the makeup off. A second time to wash the skin itself.

* Exfoliate daily. After washing your face at night, be sure to exfoliate. Use a delicate scrub. If you don't have one on hand, a tablespoon of sugar or oatmeal will work just fine.

* Use facial masks regularly. If possible, everyday is ideal. Again, if you don't have one on hand, make your own. Mashed banana or avocado is good. Plain yogurt also works well.

* Keep a treatment and moisturizer on your face, day or night. Put your skin first. After you wash it at night, put on some kind of skin treatment, whether it's alpha hydroxy acids, vitamin A or C, or any kind of special cocktail treatment. Let that sink in, then put a moisturizer over that. In the morning, do the same.

* Don't use the cheapest or most expensive cosmetics. Mom tells me that moderately priced cosmetics are the best. They get the job done, and the ingredients are usually pretty good. You have to keep trying various brands until you find something that works well for you.

* Hydrate your face throughout the day. Whether it's a commercial product, or one you make yourself (fill a spray bottle with distilled water, add a few drops of chamomile or rose essential oil, shake it gently before each use, and spray it on) hydrate your face, even over makeup, frequently throughout the day.

* Treat your face gently. Never pull, tug, or scrub your facial skin. Be very gentle when you clean it, moisturize it or makeup on it. This will lessen the chance that you'll damage your skin and get wrinkles.

* Keep your face covered when you're in the sun. As beautiful as she is, my mom never lets anyone see her face when she's in the sun. She'll slather on a high factor sunscreen, put on sunglasses, and a wide brimmed hat.

* Eat fresh foods and drink lots of water. My mom tells me to stay away from "dead food" food that's basically not fresh. She always eat lots of veggies, fruits, nuts, and drinks tons of water.

* Let go of stress. Stress can show up on your face, no matter how well you take care of your skin. Do something your enjoy everyday, whether it's watching TV or going shopping. Your face reflects what's going on inside of your mind.

Cleavage baby!! Wear something low cut but still tasteful, meaning, don't look like a hooker!!! Wear your hair down, light make up so you don't look overdone. Really fpcus on the eyes. Try Bare Minerals foundation, it is natural looking yet it covers. It is hard to say on the clothes because I don't know where you will be or what kind of occasion it is.

Beauty radiates from within, whenever you have the general feeling of self-confidence and comfort with the universe.

I sincerely suggest that you read an uplifting book and take a nice long bubble bath with a glass of Chardonnay.

Smile as though you just won a lottery.

Do a kind deed to a stranger.

List 100 things you are truly grateful for.

Get a good night's sleep, drink plenty of water, walk briskly, breathe deeply and THEN bring him the greatest gift you, or any woman can to their man: the desire to be close to him, in every way.

You go, girl!

Good luck.

well..go in for cleansing, toning n moisturising ur face n neck area wit products from good brands that suit ur skin type.
use face pack again according to ur skin type add lil rose water to it n use it everyday from three days prior to the d-day..
moisturise ur entire body soon after bath as skin will soak up most when its pores r open. this will make ur entire body smooth n soft..
go for manicure n pedicure.
oil ur hair half an hour before takin bath n shampoo ur hair with a mild shampoo..use conditioner to the entire hair length..keep for 3mins a wash off to get that great hair on the d-day.
when u meet him dont overdo the makeup..try avoiding face powder etc.let him see ur radient skin..use kohl for ur eyes n soft lipstick or maybe just gloss..
wear a dress which he likes most..or maybe somethin new which he may like to see u in.
most importantly have confidence n let ur love shine through..he'll love u anyways..:)

Clothes that are figure flattering always catch guys' eyes.
Put on plenty on mascara--makes your eyes look flirty.
Play with pretty browns on your eyes if you're more of a natural girl, otherwise do either a bit of a smoky eyelid or chic black eyeliner.
Slightly tinted lip gloss, but not too shiny. Shiny lip gloss scares guys because they don't want to kiss you and come away with lips matching yours!! lol
Have fun!

If it is possible, you should try a dermatologist. They have really good treatments for problem skin. If you do not have that kind of time, drink lots of water and slap on the acne cream. I know that the water thing is cliche, but keeping your skin flushed and moist will help. Try light weight moisturizers too.
