whats an idea for a 7 page short story i have to write?

OK, here's some randomness.
1. A literature student from Rochester thinks she is haunted by the ghost of Poe. She falls in love with him, and gathers a band of conspirators to steal a lock of his hair from a library in Baltimore and clone him. Mayhem ensues.

2. A stupid blonde bimbo is given the task of travelling back in time to April 20th, 1964: the one day possible to avert the end of the world by harnessing all the electricity in London to move the earth into another dimension.

3. A woman gives some dude on the internet a story idea off the top of her head, he writes a screenplay, and the movie is a blockbuster. The woman than kidnaps his family and demands 75% of the profits.

Decide on a main frame for the story (approximate a time and a place), then go inside it and look around you. Let it take shape around you. You can imagine that you are one of the characters, and then you are there with a purpose (that should be decided together with the frame), or that you are an invisible observer, you look around - and fix a more concrete shape for your universe, then something suddenly catches your eye and you start following it. Anyway, try to be inside of it, and be very, very curious.

(ok, sometimes you can get stuck, then you got to get outside the story and think of what course of action would be most exciting. Just keep in mind that you'll be the God for that world, you're allowed to everything)

Try to come up with a mian charecter or charecters. Hair color, hieght, wieght, personality, etc.

Then take your new charecter/s and imagine them in some odd places or scenarios – anything goes! Write down ideas on what would have to happen to your character or how they would react to the scenario you placed them in.

This may seem futile, but it will help you flesh out your characters furthur and give you insight into what you may want to happen to this type of character in a potential story. You may even come up with multiple story lines!

Strong well crafted main characters can inspire readers to love your story as well as drive you to write a great story for these imagined beings to be in! :-)

Write a story of a person who wakes up in a room in the middle of the woods and doesn't remember how they got there. Finds clues along the way and needs to get back to society. a story about a kid who gets lost while having a picnic with his family. he strays off the course of the trail, becomes lost, and his adventure begins. he can run into animals, bad weather, freezing temperatures, beautiful sunset/sunrise, bug bite maybe that gives him wild fever and hallucinations, or maybe he eats a mushroom that makes him sick....he can be found eventually, or not, depending on your mood.
