While I understand her position of wanting her daughter to be buried in the family plot, ultimately, who is going to pay for her transportation? There has to be a time when you have to accept defeat in a dignified manner, especially when time is of the essence. Bury the daughter and then fight everything else for as long as you want to.
The woman has been dead TWO WEEKS, how much longer does she have to wait before she is to rest in peace? Is it any wonder why the two were estranged?

Yep! she says she has rights because shes the mother..........If the mother has the only rights why did she refuse Anna all of HER SONS stuff from the hospital when he was born? Money! I would never do that to my kids and its all about money

She has been more than a pain through this whole hearing and continues to do things that a normal mother that loved her child would never do!! There should have NEVER been an issue over where Anna would be buried..She (Anna) buried her son in the Bahamas for her own personal reasons and anyone that's not blind and has ever seen Anna interact with her son would know that she would NEVER want to be buried anywhere else..You could tell she loved her son more than anything!!
Virgie is just after money...I would not doubt that she is being paid to make a bigger fuss over all of this!! It's all very sad!

Something is off about the whole thing. When I see Virgie doing interviews I kinda feel sorry for her from a mothers perspective. But then I see old interviews of Anna and she hated her mother with a passion, so there had to be something going on between them.
On another note, you know people say they think she died of a broken heart. Its a shame that she couldn't have lived for Dannilynn! I really feel sorry for the baby. She is surrounded by vultures.

yeah she is Anna bought 4 plots in the Bahamas i dont think she wanted to buried in the states.i am glad that the judge ruled for her to be buried with her son.i think that the other guy is the babies daddy.he said in court that while Anna was pregnant they were together and she was still taking the painkillers,when he voiced his concerns she ran to money hungry Howard and said hes going to try to get my baby take me away from here.while I'm sure that Howard loved her he would do anything she wanted and i think she said when my baby is born plzz sign the birth certificate saying you are the babies father so he couldn't take the baby.all I'm saying if the baby is yours take a paternity test let all the other potential candidates see that you r truly her father then they dont have a leg to stand on the big how do u do will all be over and you can spend your daughters inheritance.i pray Howard isn't her father.i pray for that little girl!!!!

I agree, the mother needs to accept defeat. She had been estranged from her daughter for over 10 years. I think she hopes to profit from her daugher's death. That is totally sick and disgusting. I think Anna would want to be buried beside her son. Why would she have buried him in the Bahamas unless she wanted to be there herself?

I think Virgie Arthur is just trying to make up for the time she was not able to see her daughter. While I was a bit shocked at the weenie judge's decision (he CRIED, for goodness sakes!) to put ANS's burial in the hands of Dannielynn's attorney, I believe he did the right thing. If Virgir Arthur is later awarded rights to ANS and Daniel's body then she can move them at a later date.

She is making me so mad. She knows above all Anna would want to be buried next to her son Daniel. I don't understand why she would want to seperate the two. Just let them both rest in peace and move on. I think she's in it for the attention. By doing what she's doing she is turning people against her.

Anna was estranged from her mother, so Virgie shouldn't be in this at all. I can see that it's sad about not seeing her granddaughter, but maybe she wouldn't have had anyway. I'm starting to think she's in it for the money.

The problem is that she had to make this claim in order to have plausible claims to the other stuff.

She should calm down and contemplate her situation with her lawyer, her publicity agent, and several ice cold cans of Colt 45. Mmm. Smooth.

okay first of all the woman says she wants ana in texas then she turns around and says anna wanted to be buried in california next to marylin, to bad that spot is taken by hugh heffner when he dies.
anna hated her mother and that woman should have no control over anything. they baby and its lawyer should get all, they were estranged cause she was a horrible mother
