The time of day is up to you, but try to take it at the same time everyday, but if you forget to take it at that time, just take it as soon as you remember as long as you don't skip a day you will be OK. If you do miss a whole day, use a back up plan like a condom.

It makes no difference what time of day you take your pill in regards to how effective it is. You simply want to take it when you will be most consistent in taking it at the same time every day. Since it is hormones that last for around 24 hours, you wouldn't want to take it one day first thing in the morning, then the next day last thing at night, you know? Even if you did, you are most likely still covered.... it's just better if youré more consistent. So take it with something you do every day so it is easier to remember. Say, getting out of bed in the morning, or right after you brush your teeth. Or right before bedtime.

It doesn't really matter what time of day you take your pill. Doctors instruct you to take it around the same time every day (within 1/2 hour). I would suggest that you choose a time that you are regularly in a certain place. For example, as you are eating breakfast. You probably have a normal morning routine and you eat around the same time each day.
Good luck.

Your birth control pill should be taken around the same time everyday so you keep a therapeutic level at all times. So if you take in moring when you wake up, keep doing that.

I took that pill for a little while. It doesn't matter what time of day you take it, just that you take it at the same time everyday. If you take it at various times it can cause break through bleeding, so stay consistant!
