A Florida man could not stand to see his wife of 50 years suffer from a terminally ill Cancer that had her on Morphine daily and the pain unbearable. She finally told her estranged husband to shoot her so she could have peace so he did. He got 20 years for it.

If I had been on the Jury, he would have been set free. Unless one has ever walked in those shoes and felt pain that unbearable, or had a Loved one suffer that much, we just have no clue.

its never justified to shoot to kill anyone and he might of got just 20 years but the bible says in ten commandments thy shall not kill so he has to face god someday and even if god already knows before the man speaks he has to confess and i have no idea what will happen only god knows i understand its very hard to watch a loved one suffer my mom had cancer when i was 18 she suffered till she died every one has a time to go wether its cancer heart attack or if its just your time to go

honestly no- my dad had lung cancer then bone cancer then something else then thr brain cancer finally got him. my mom wished to god that he'd just die well the brain cancer is ehat got him. anyways, he had no right to take her life from her. i know people get mean and all after kemo and radiation and all the drugs but my dad died in a hospital bed peacefully not with a bullet in him!! thats my opinion!

that is true love , when my day comes I hope to have the strength to pull the trigger on myself so cause I know she won't , If I had to do it to her I would shoot myself afterwards

I would say that they loved each other. and she asked him to do it to stop both their pain then if i really loved my husband id do it
