I have experienced the nausea and on occasion morning sickness during anytime of the day. I just need to know if I am fine. Is this normal. Should I be eating a lot? Oh....and I am really tired too.

Yes, I believe 99.9% that it's normal. The other .1% is the fact that I know it's normal, but who knows.

I felt the same way during my first trimester. I was starving every 30 mins it seemed. I don't remember it being so bad with my first pregnancy. Having a sucker or gum helped a little bit. I would be so hungry in the mornings that I would throw up every single morning. I'm going for my 20 week ultrasound on Tuesday, but I'm pretty sure I'm not carrying twins. The hunger has died down a lot in recent weeks. I'm still hungry every 2-3 hours, but that's manageable. Hang in there and good luck. It should get better as time goes on.

Yes...it is normal to have an increased appetite and be tired...your body is changing...and you need a few extra calories. Just be careful what you eat, choose healthy foods...extra fattening foods only make it harder for you to lose the weight after the baby is born. Morning sickness -or all day sickness is what I had is also normal. Try a few graham crackers to help calm your stomach down. Good luck and congratulations.
By the way the book "WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE EXPECTING" is great!!

It's normal to be more hungry when pregnant. You ARE eating for two, now. That doesn't mean you should be eating twice as much, though. You probably need to eat several small meals a day. It might help with your energy level as well. You ARE taking your vitamins, aren't you! Those are important for both you, and the baby.

This is completely normal. And eating at this time is probably one of the only times that you should never feel guilty for eating a gallon of ice cream!!

From my personal experience, eating many smaller meals may help with the nausea, heck I stored crackers, and bags of suckers in my purse! lol I was even caught by my in-laws sneaking through McDonald's Drive threw!!

Enjoy your food cravings, the nausea will sudside in a couple of weekes.

Congrats!!

yes, its very very normal. Im 9 weeks and ever since 6 weeks Ive been eating sooo much! but Im careful to not each too much junk food and make sure Im getting plenty of veggies and fruits. I thought I mustve gained so much weight but Ive only put on 2 pounds...so eat up! Your body is telling you something and you should listen. The tiredness is awfull I know, but I hear that goes away around week 12...I hope they are right! congrats to you and good luck!

I am 5 months pregnant and have been super hungry all the time since the moment I thought I was pregnant - eat until you aren't hungry - but eat healthy

I haven't been pregnant but one of my friends has. She ate EVERYTHING she saw and was also tired. We'd be in gym and she would come into the weight room with me and eat a bag of chips and then fall asleep on the equipment. So yes, I'm guessing its normal but be careful - weights easier to gain then it is to get off!

You are now feeding for two people and the baby is your body's priority..it will take all the nutrients..eatting more is NORMAL.

Add rougly 300+ calories a day to your diet-but check with your doctor they would know best.
