It's no okay for them to do it to you, either. It's still sexual harassment. The only thing is, most of the time men don't actually tell their superiors about sexual harassment because it makes me them seem/feel weak and powerless.

It is sexual harassment for both female and male.
It is NOT ok if they do it to you. Unless you are totally fine with it. That's at your discretion but it will lead to issue on the long run.
