I think he didn't want to put her in the Bahamas but also didn't want to take her from her son. Easy decision but still bothersome! I think her mom was a nut job

there are quite some issues that pass on in courtroom rooms that the wide-spread public isn't conscious of...yet i am going to lean in the route of the decide sympathizing, as a replace of empathizing, over the actual shown truth that the toddler and Nicole's resources are being ridiculously fought over...and for what? Did those human beings care sufficient at the same time as she became alive? i imagine it really is all about the notoriety and money for most. The decide must have excused himself from the case- he were given too emotionally in touch (even notwithstanding i imagine the ruling became appropriate).

Here in CA, judges are held to a much higher standard of behavior in their courtrooms, which means behaving like "Judge Judy" Sheindlin(a mean attitude 24/7) or like Judge Lance Ito when he presided over O.J. Simpson's murder trial...

If the Anna Nicole case judge had acted like he did in CA instead of FL, he would've been almost immediately DISBARRED by the Chief Justice if the State Supreme Court for "conduct unbecoming a judicial officer of the State of CA in/for the County of(fill in county name here)"...

That guy was a real character. His crying looked so fake. He's only trying to play for the cameras. Apparently it's been reported that his lifelong dream was to have his own TV show like Judge Judy.

I only watched a few minutes, but I was very confused.. there was alot going... I had a hard time following the part I watched

I heard on some entertainment show that he is trying to get his own show similar to Judge Judy,,,,,,,so you can be your own judge on his acting ability.
