There have been a few in the late 19th century, but only three played more than 100 games, and only two, it was his prime position.

I found no players in modern eras who played shortstop lefthanded.

In baseball's earliest years, there were a few, although they generally weren't regulars. Some were lefty outfielders, like George Van Haltern, who played there when no one else was available. I can't think of any within the last 100+ years who played any significant time there.

Not Since 1934 when Lou Gehrig briefly played shortstop.

It was fairly commonplace in the 1800's though.

I don't remember his name, but he had 51 errors that season. I think his name was Bruce something.

I dont exactly remember one, but it isn't very intelligent to have one, terrible throwing angle.
