do you mean like sin city? adapted comic? or are you refering more to the likes of sppider man and x-men, sin city is the most true to the style of frank millers graphic novel, so i say sin city

If mean comic as in "Comedy" then I would say Eddie Murphy's Delerious.
If it's comic as in comic book adaptations I would have to say "Sin City"

sin city was phenomenal, accurate to the actual comics
300 looks amazing and will be another 'sin city' style film
Batman begins was incredible and brought credibility back to a comic book hero that was bastardised by Hollywood producers greed

the dialogue is the funniest and most ingenius piece of comedy ever written, and Richard E Grant's performance is hysterical.

Also greatest British film ever!

hard to believe the same guy did jack and sarah and the spice girl's film, talk about going from one extreme to the next!

If you mean comic as in comedy then "One flew over the cuckoos nest" or if you mean comic as in childrens magazine then "Spiderman"
