Basically, I'd like to know your opinion on whether sex is a life skill or not. It's most likely not taught in schools, but do you think it is a life skill, or just another natural skill. Is everyone good at sex?
What do you think?

In the psychological terminology we call it nature vs nurture. No one is taught how to have sex, it is natural instinct in each and every one of us. Just ask the Discovery channel producers...

If we did take the the gene out that helps us in procreation, then yes, the human population would diminish. This brings us back to the debate of what is innate (behaviors through instinct) and what is learned behaviors (behavior's that are learned through observation).

So, yes, sex is a life skill where we need it to survive, however; when it comes to the natural act...nahhh it is referred to as innate behaviour...;)

hope this is of assistance

I don't think anyone admits being bad at sex. Personally I am very out of practice and not as good as I once was.
I think it is a skill, but not a "life skill" it is more a "personal skill" like wiping your buttocks after making a turd, or teaching a child to speak.
You can improve but as everyone likes different things in bed on person's good is another's bad. You have to learn what is good for the person you are with and get better at that.

I think it's a natural ability, but not a natural skill. Some people would be better than others, just like anything else. While pracitice or experience may make you better, I'm sure some people are more in tune with their partners and can anticipate their needs better, making them better skilled then someone who is just doing whatever he can to get himself off.

Not for school, they should have a secret sex school which meets at night which is supposedly unknown but everyone knows about. They should give tips and practical exprience. Then at the end they should do a practical examination.

Sex is an instinct...

being good at it doesn't necessarily get you any further in life so I wouldn't call it a life skill.

And it is not true that you improve with age... you improve with the amount of effort that you put into it.

on occasion definite despite the fact that it is going to easily get you yet so far additionally besides so shall we bare this in techniques!! you desire human beings skills quite i might say alongside with ur looks through fact it could in simple terms get u.s. far. a lot of human beings are evidence which you dont desire intelligence to get forward: Paris Hilton, Loho, etc. My looks are turning out to be me unfastened nutrition and preferential treatment yet no longer a lot extra beneficial than that. i does no longer say it have been given me a job or something like that it ought to have assisted me in that way yet no longer have been given me there. the concern with using your looks for each thing is as quickly as your looks fade (and that they are going to ultimately), you're screwed!

It ain't rocket science or even ballroom dancing, but some people manage to do a lousy job of it anyhow. So long as you perpetuate the species, you can be as clumsy as you like.

Everyone is not good at sex. People become better with experience, that is if they talk to their partners and pay attention to their cues in bed.
