I feel sometimes my husband is using this to make me sleep? maybe he is fedup from me talking?!!

ok can you tell me what kind of things so I take my precautions...I have 4 children and I certenly not planing for the 5th?!!

There are others ways to use your mouth and it will provide blissful silence for him and did I mention Blissful and pretty much guaranteed to not make up pregnant with #5.

If you feel that your husband is drugging you to get some peace and quiet then there are two things wrong here:
#1 You're acknowledging that you talk too much, so quite simply, cut it out.
#2 You feel your husband is drugging you which is NOT acceptable
If you really feel that he might be, you can take a simple drug test with your doctor and they can do a tox screening on your blood to see what forms of medications are showing up and if you are worried about an unwanted pregnancy occurring, then get on the pill or an iud or some form of birth control to try to prevent it from happening.
Seriously, this is disturbing, and you need to talk with your husband and if it turns out your tox screening comes back negative, then you should talk with your doctor in more depth because you might suffer from some sort of narcolepsy which can be dangerous to your health and cause serious problems.

Honestly I have never heard of a spray...my hubby has insomnia so I have looked into things to help him. There are plenty of prescription meds that will make you sleep and some OTC meds as well. He could be using crushed up Benadryl or something to that effect...Easy way to be sure is to only drink things that are sealed lol...cans of soda etc...don't let him slip things into your drinks! When you cook your food don't leave your plate...
I am willing to bet it's just coincidence. If you are that concerned get a drug screen done at the doctor's...

No spray that I know of, but there is plenty of capsules that can be broken open and the powder inside them mixed into a drink or food that will do it.
Maybe you should have a blood test done to see whats in your system,and if there is anything that would relate to a sleeping aid as far as the doctor says, then you can confront him on it. If it is true, I would not stay with someone that would do that to you.Who knows what he is doing to you or with someone else while your out. Just a thought!

You are suffering from a sleep disorder, or you are paranoid!
Reminds me of the man who went to the family doctor for more sleeping pills for his wife. The doctor asked why, as he filled a prescription for over 100 pills just the week before?
The husband replied, "she has woken up".....
