You might wash it less. The washing may be drying his hair/head out too much.We used Selsun Blue-that may be the same thing as TGel?

Good luck.

One of my daughter's had cradle cap real bad. What I did was at night put some Johnson's Baby Oil on her head. Comb it through and leave it on all night. Put a towel under her head so it does not get all over the bedding. Then comb it again in the morning and then wash it with the shampoo that you regularly use. Do this for a few days or as needed and you should see some improvement.

I found that rubbing in baby oil into her scalp at every bath before i shampooed did the trick. For really bad cap I would let the oil sit overnight and at the next bath wet her head add more oil and ten massage with a wash cloth to get the scale off and ten shampoo as usual...it took about a week to clear it up with baths every other day.

I used Disney's Cradle Cap shampoo (found it at Wal-Mart) and used it only once. It smells bad, but works wonders!

My baby was born w/ cradle cap. I used Selsun Blue and it quickly vanished. Ask your doctor about using Selsun Blue. Also, put Vaseline or baby oil on his/her scalp.

Vegetable oil. (Many suggest baby oil but I would go with vegetable oil because it is more edible)

Put your baby in old pyjamas and on old sheets and saturate her hair before you put her to bed.

Cradle cap is mostly cosmetic, it does not bother babies.
