It has a 443,172 Kb total virtual memory and only 106,500 kb available. And 130,616 Kb of physical memory and only 3,888 available.

Run a Disk Cleanup 2 times a month. Run Disk Defrag. monthly.
Do a Disk Cleanup and Disk Defrag. You can find both of them by following the path below.
Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>Disk Cleanup. Let it do its thing. You can check every box that has something to delete.

Well, I would really suggest just getting a new computer. It would not be worth it to put money into upgrading that computer since it's so old. You can upgrade the RAM and CPU if you want, but again it won't really make too much of a difference since it can't be upgraded too much more.
