I know his name, I know two of the songs mentioned (including hello my baby) but I'm looking for the opera la la la la laaaaaaaa! where he's singing on stage by himself. Does anyone remember?

I remember the cartoon from watching Saturday morning cartoons. Loony Toons would have a whole half hour-one hour of cartoons play on Saturday morning and this cartoon would play on more than a couple of times. A man finds the frog and sees it singing. He decides to make a show out of the frogs talent and tries to make money out of it, only the frog won't perform when people are watching only when the guy was by himself did the frog sing. That's about all I know.
