I hate to say it, but these sound kind of like Condom names. Be careful about that or you may get snickers that you don't particularly care for.
I'd do a mix of both the Sire & Dam's names and then add your own flair. Like Seattle's Maximum Exposure or Seattle Blue Sky (great irony in that one).

Wow...that's a toughy when you don't know what word is coming from where...like is Blue a place or a name? Here's my best guess..

Because Seattle is the most "mediocre" word, you need to be careful not to equate it with royalty. Blue is considered a rich color, so it would blend with Maximum and King quite well. Good Luck!
