How to draw Mew mew's from the tv show?

A web site or somthing would be nice cuase i need to get it for my little sister she loves them and loves to draw if you don't know the answer please don't put anything....

The easiest way to draw one without learning a lot about cartoon animation would be to trace one. Otherwise, you'll end up learning a lot about manga animation. Even knowing how to draw manga very well, you'd still be copying their features probably from a picture, it just wouldn't be the exact same as tracing.
