There are some sites which give 250 free busines cards as a sample, but i havent yet found any that will let you upload your own logos and designs
Anyone know of any?

Get on their mailing list for email promo's. They very frequently have free sales for logo creation/uploads..and free products. I buy all of my promotional items there.

Try - Moo dot com, not 250, just 10 to start with, but you can upload content.
You may have to get the free ones through a Bebo account

I agree with vistaprint answer - I have used them on several occasions and the service is brill - they send me emails every few weeks with all the offers they have. You can upload your own designs

Graphic houses will charge your for your designs because they would have to make different plates for the printing process and that will cost you.
