I'm not sure I understand who this question is directed to. If you mean the Muslims in the middle east I have no comment. If you mean the movement around the world where people are foregoing footwear full time for the sake of health, comfort, and well being, then I think so. After a brief amount of research I was amazed at the amount of information available supporting the notion that shoes are not at all healthy for your feet, legs, and hips as well as the bacteria and fungus that like to grow inside your shoes, not to mention the comfort and freedom of being able to go about san shoes where ever and when ever one wants. After confirming no laws exist (in my area as well as most others) preventing us from driving barefoot, and after receiving a letter from the State's Department of Public Health indicating that there are no regulations in existence preventing customers from shopping and dinning in establishments without shoes, I too decided to leave my shoes at home and have rarely put them on for over six months now. I am enjoying barefooting immensely and highly recommend it to anyone else who enjoys the comfort of kicking off their shoes for comfort.

Muslims are barefoot only during sex, bath and sleep! Yes, Americans will lose their war with the Muslims, God willing.

It's hard to win a war when you can't figure out who the enemy is. We've got some people in this country that can't afford shoes. I think we should worry about them first.
