Yes, but the guy doesn't have to shave completely as long as it is neatly trimmed down there. Just for hygienic purposes and being neat makes it look better.

I take it you're talking about "down there" being on the guy?Depends on the person I guess but I'd say most do not. Doesn't seem real "manly" to me if it's shaved.
