I don't know, but I don't like that they made Roy spaz out like that - it just didn't seem like his character. Hopefully he won't hurt Jim.

I believe Dwight did. He always has the most random stuff he pulls out and weird things he spends his money on. He probably had the same brass key lying around somewhere.
I also think that Jim might have got him out and blamed Dwight for hiding the key and Jim "found it"

I hate when comedies get all serious on me. I'm thinking Dwight "found" the key under Jim's foot and let Michael out.
